Counselling & Psychotherapy

It can be difficult to ask for help—it takes courage and commitment, and when life becomes challenging, it can sometimes be hard to put thoughts and feelings into words. Speaking with someone outside your circle of family and friends allows you to explore what is troubling you. I provide a compassionate, thoughtful and non-judgmental space to explore feelings and emotional challenges. My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models, allowing me to tailor the therapy to your needs. I work collaboratively so that we can begin to make sense of your experiences together, helping you gain clarity and a fresh perspective and discover ways to feel hopeful.​

 

Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to explore deeper emotions, develop new perspectives, and find ways to navigate life’s challenges. In a confidential and supportive space, we can begin to untangle feelings of stress, uncertainty, or tension, and you can start to feel hopeful and see a path forward.
