Hello!
Psychotherapy & Counselling in North London
I am a qualified Psychotherapist (MA) working with children, teenagers and adults. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person’s needs and life context. I work in Primary and Secondary schools as well as in Private Practice, and I value building warm, trusting relationships with people of all ages. I have experience working with anxiety, low mood, trauma, identity issues and neurodivergence, and I aim to meet each person with compassion, curiosity and respect for their unique story. Your experiences matter, and I am here to support you.

Children & Young People
I am committed to supporting children and young people with their mental health and employ a creative, attachment-based approach, offering an integrated and tailored plan for each child and young person. By working relationally, I help children & adolescents articulate and express their feelings, providing emotional containment for their anxieties and concerns. This approach helps them make sense of their experiences and regulate their stress responses.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
When life becomes challenging, it can sometimes be hard to put thoughts and feelings into words. Speaking with someone outside your circle of family and friends allows you to explore what is troubling you. You may be feeling anxious, low, or struggling with relationships. I provide a compassionate, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental space to explore feelings and emotional challenges, helping you gain clarity and a fresh perspective. I work collaboratively so that we can begin to make sense of your experiences together.
Parents
Parenting can be simultaneously joyous and complex. Using a Reflective Parenting framework, I offer parents and caregivers the opportunity to think about their relationship with their child and explore areas of tension, conflict, and loss of connection. We reflect on what your child’s behaviour may be communicating and consider how your own experience of being parented may influence your parenting approaches today.
